HTM 604 Hospitality and Tourism Sales

The focus in this course is on critically evaluating the primary elements associated with sales and their relationship to the marketing and promotional mixes. Emphasis is placed on understanding the sales function in hospitality and tourism properties from the perspective of the director of sales.
