This course will concentrate primarily on the aesthetic and production values of the video image, complimented by the progressive investigation of high definition and lighting technologies. This class will use lectures guest speakers, facility and production tours and practical exercises. We will investigate the nature of light, colour and the perception of colour, motion, and the compositional elements of dimensionality, visualization and perspective in traditional and high definition production.
