This course will focus on the nurse’s role in providing leadership and facilitating change in both personal and professional contexts. Content will include analysis of theory and concepts related to leadership, followership, change and effective communication within a diverse workforce. The impact of Informatics on the delivery of nursing and health care will be explored. The use of research findings and their application to practice will be emphasized.
