BDC 901 Advertising in Electronic Media

Students will follow a commercial production from inception to completion. Aspects of advertising to be reviewed include: competitive bidding by agencies; budgeting for commercial production; relationships with production houses; CRTC regulations and broadcaster advertisement codes; and the role of various personnel involved in the bidding, pre-production, production and post-production stages of a commercial.
