This course will focus on the management components of the engineering, housekeeping and maintenance aspects of a lodging property. The student will also be introduced to the major energy systems and their conservation aspects. Hospitality operations equipment and systems will be explored and the maintenance of such systems will be discussed. Lect: 3 hrs.
