This course examines the vital role that ethics plays at all leadership levels within a company. Students will discover the importance of instilling ethical values as a key to long term success. Exposure to thought-provoking cases and literature will heighten student awareness of the need to develop strong ethical leadership in dealing with customers, the community, and employees.
