GMS 455 Project Planning and Delivery

This course provides the essential skills needed to be successful while working as part of a team on a large project. Project management involves the planning, coordination and control of teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Topics include project planning and work breakdown structures, resource dependencies and sequencing, progress tracking and reporting, team dynamics and leadership, budgets and project approvals. This course is not available to programs within the Ted Rogers School of Management. Lect: 3 hrs. Prerequisite: BSM 200; Antirequisite: GMS 450.
