This course furthers the contextual research and development of apparel design through flat pattern, draping, critical analysis of fit and construction techniques. Creativity is explored through design, silhouette development and the integration of specialty textiles, colour and texture. Children’s wear will be introduced. Lect: 1 hr./Lab: 5 hrs.
