This course examines the use of song and dance under the umbrella of music theatre. An intensive study of the historical development up to the present employment realities of the business combined with performance of a variety of roles and styles. Emphasis is given to the unique challenge of combining acting, singing and dancing skills simultaneously. Lab: 3 hrs.
