Students will develop their social research under the guidance of their faculty supervisor. Students will “learn by doing,” where they apply the knowledge gained in Sociological Practices I to their own research on a theme with some application to social experience. They will provide an in-depth analysis of a current social issue through their research project. Students will make a methodical plan for their project before proceeding to research and interpretation in a final research paper. Lect: 3 hrs.
