RMG 908 Issues and Innovations in Retailing II

This course examines the current retail environment for important trends and issues that retail organizations must strategically address. The focus is predominately Canadian with context in an increasingly global industry. The role of innovation in retailing is studied both in theory and in practice. Critical thinking on the current issues in retail are developed both in class and through a major research paper. Lect: 3 hrs.
