PSY 108 Applied Problem Solving

This course offers a general introduction to issues associated with effective thinking and problem solving. The focus is on procedures for identifying and solving problems, the role of memory in thinking, and methods of making decisions. Factors that interfere with effective thinking, such as humans’ information-processing limitation, biases, and common errors in logic are also discussed. Lect: 3 hrs.
