This course responds to key issues in today’s rapidly evolving public sector. Students will examine key issues in Canadian and comparative context. Using applied and theoretical reading, class discussions, case studies and presentations from guests who are experienced practitioners at all levels of government, the course emphasizes issue analysis in the context of public sector change and reform.
