PMT 722 Information Systems

This course provides students with an in-depth exposure to the information systems, tools and techniques that are commonly used in the AEC industry. The course examines how management information systems, using current computer technology, can provide project managers with the data necessary to perform their management functions. Information systems currently in use in the industry are examined, with particular emphasis on project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and the control of time and cost, from both practical and theoretical standpoints.
