PLG 700 Project Proposal Development for Planners

This course covers the process by which planning projects in the public and private sectors are developed. Topics include: terms of reference; requests for proposals; proposal design and costing; and the relationship between consultants and clients. Students will develop and revise a formal proposal for a senior planning study or senior research paper. Successful completion of PLG 700 presents students with the opportunity to complete this project under PLE 805 or PLE 806 respectively. Lect: 3 hrs.
