NNS 103 Basics of Photojournalism

This course teaches core ideas for understanding the gathering and dissemination of information through photography. Special attention will be given to increasing students’ visual literacy. In addition to developing a nuanced understanding of the purpose, values, ethics and context of photojournalism, students will learn basic technical skills of composition and editing.
