INP 914 Issues of Diversity

The challenges facing organizations today require management, staff, and volunteers to work together collaboratively. Developing effective problem-solving skills and understanding group dynamics is key to addressing issues of diversity, change, and conflict. This course will explore diversity as it relates to patterns of communication, dynamics of team function, volunteer and staff recruitment and development, and various approaches to team building and conflict resolution.
