GMS 528 Issues in Operations Management

This course will provide an evolving survey of leading-edge topics in operations management. Current topics include: world class manufacturing, manufacturing as a competitive weapon, competing on quality, competing on productivity, competing on new products and processes, planning and implementing operations strategies over time, health and safety as a competitive advantage.
