GEO 621 Advanced Retail Analysis and Planning

This course provides students with a set of advanced approaches for use in retail planning and decision support applications. The course is divided into two parts. Part I concerns analysis of market conditions and the retail environment. Part II focuses on a variety of techniques related to site selection, trade area analysis, sales forecasting, and network planning for the optimization of a retail chain.
