ECN 600 Intermediate Macroeconomics II

An advanced study of the determinants of aggregate demand and the structure of Keynesian and new classical models. Policy issues covered include effectiveness of stabilization policies in an open economy, crowding out, choice of monetary policy instruments, and monetary policy and the exchange rate. Lect: 3 hrs.
