ECN 340 The Economics of Human Behaviour

This course investigates human behaviour from an economic perspective. Among the topics we analyze is the economics of religious behaviour and the afterlife, sexual behaviour, marriage and divorce, crime, mass hysteria and panics, suicide and dying, emotions, and the economics of sports. We also consider other ways of looking at human behaviour. You do not require previous training in economics, and the materials are not technical. LL Lect: 3 hrs.
