Introduces students to the concepts and vocabulary of organizational behaviour and its application to the practice of management and supervision in organizations that serve children and youth. Topics include organizational theories and structures, job design, work motivation, performance appraisal, staff recruitment, training and retention, and organizational leadership and supervision.
