This course examines group dynamics and process. A developmental framework will be used to explore the uniqueness of group work with children and youth. Roles of group members, the stages of group development and the role of groups in maintaining a therapeutic milieu are reviewed and applied in community settings. Lect: 1 hr./Lab: 2 hrs.
