CRM 302 Criminological Theories

This course is an in-depth consideration of the main criminological theories of crime. We begin with the historical roots in positivism and classical thought. We then move toward contemporary theorists, including critical, feminist, and post-modern approaches, and their impact on how we understand and respond to crime. Lect: 3 hrs.
