BLG 251 Microbiology II

This course introduces the student to more in depth information about the microbial world. Topics include microbial taxonomy and systematics, environmental and food microbiology. Diversity and ecology of the microbial world will also be explored. The impact of microorganisms on the environment and uses in practical applications will be discussed.
